Carolyn was my first manager at One Acre Fund, and to date, she remains the best manager / coach / mentor I've ever had in my career. To each interaction with her mentees / direct reports, she brings an excellent balance of brainpower, being a wonderful thought & brainstorming partner leveraging tons of great experience, and a curiosity and thoughtfulness that shows that she's really there, thinking through whatever challenge or opportunity it might be with you. The words don't do her justice; I hope with all my heart that we get to work together again one day!

My daughter had Alice as a SAT tutor and I could not recommend her enough! She was easy to communicate with for both parent and child. She was very organized and set clear weekly goals to keep my daughter on track. My daughter dreaded other SAT prep classes but enjoyed Alice's sessions because she was relatable and engaging. Alice was able to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses and prepared lesson plans accordingly. After her course, I could see the confidence my daughter had in her test preparation, especially in writing and grammar. We are so grateful that Alice was able to coach my daughter and improve her SAT scores!

Manali supported me as a coach when I was preparing for Consulting interviews while in business school at Booth. She helped me improve my performance in both case and behavioral interviews and was always available to answer specific questions or concerns. She was always deeply empathetic and knew how to deliver honest and insightful feedback that helped me improve quickly over the course of our time working together. Because of Manali’s support, I was able to secure interviews with McKinsey, Bain, and BCG and was able to secure offers from McKinsey and BCG. Cesar is incredibly thoughtful, sincere, sharp, and qualified. Perfect advisor for all MDs transitioning to MBA programs, or anyone applying for MBAs from the medical field. Additionally could be helpful for med school apps or consulting interviews. I’ve been his friend at Wharton, his TA in a challenging management course where participation (particularly the quality of) made up the majority of the grade (where he did very well), and worked with him in a club capacity. He’s committed, calculated, and great to be around. Leland would be lucky to have him on board.

Christina has an impressive story where she mastered the case interview process in 3 weeks before her first interview. She has tips and tricks on how to build the skills you need to do well. She is passionate, driven, and empathetic. She believes in helping people achieve their goals and takes a vested interest in their success. I have no doubt she will make a great coach!
