Shaaya is a proven leader coming with 15+ years of experience across several verticals including financial services, real estate, and automotive. He did his undergrad in economics at UCLA and his MBA from a top 10 program at UC Berkeley, and he has been promoted several times at A3 Ventures to become a Senior Director in only 5 years. In addition to that, Shaaya has set up his own strategic advisory firm called Isle Ventures, and he has already began mentoring early stage startup founders, as well as advising early stage startups that need his guidance and experience to scale and grow.

Maaz helped me with mock interviews back when we were graduate students at University of Michigan. Maaz prepares well for the mock round -- he diligently researched the role I was interviewing for, tailored questions for that and created the interview-like environment for those 45 mins. He then follows up with extremely good feedback - on both what's going well and what can improve, and more importantly why he thinks so. I firmly believe Maaz will be a great mentor for future interview candidates.

Charlotte is an incredible coach and person. She went out of her way numerous times to ensure I was prepared for my consulting interviews.
