I also coached 20+ consultants across multiple stages of their careers, helping them turn around performance, secure their next promotion, or gain admission to their target MBA programs. Before joining BCG, I worked for 2 years at Oliver Wyman. I also sit on the admissions committee at London Business School and interview MBA candidates. I am a current management consultant with 7 years of consulting experience, including experience at L.E.K. and an MBA from Kellogg. I have spent a lot of time around consulting recruiting — as a candidate, a business school peer coach, and through years of informal case prep and recruiting support. Across that time, I have worked through hundreds of practice cases and have seen how candidates improve when they get direct, specific feedback rather than generic advice. My focus is on helping candidates get better at the things that actually matter in live interviews: structuring ambiguous problems, doing clean math under pressure, communicating clearly, synthesizing the answer, and showing practical business judgment.

Having worked at top firms including Bain & Company and Monitor Deloitte for five years, I have extensive knowledge of strategy consulting. At Bain, I honed my skills in private equity due diligences, before heading out to Columbia Business School to complete my MBA. I have predominantly worked with industry-leading media and sports clients, spending time on secondment to Disney and Manchester United FC. I am highly analytical, given my degree in Economics from the London School of Economics. This background makes me well placed to help when it comes to prepping for market sizing and case interviews. I spent 7 years at Bain & Company in London, leaving as an Associate Partner. During my time there I conducted 100+ live and virtual case and fit interviews — giving me a first-hand view of exactly what separates a borderline candidate from an offer. I also served as On-Campus Lead for Bain's MBA recruiting team, conducting individual coffee chats and case prep for hundreds of students, as well as running large format group case interview prep sessions. I also know this process from the other side of the table: I switched into consulting myself during my MBA (LBS, Class of 2019), and used a coach during that transition myself, which is a big part of why I'm now eager to help others do the same. I coach both case and behavioural/fit interviews. Beyond this I managed to get promoted early in Bain London, and navigated the consulting career path.
