I'm a former Associate Partner at McKinsey (12 years, energy & industrials), where I conducted 50+ real interviews: case and PEI, from entry-level Analysts to Engagement Managers, across both generalist and expert tracks. Per McKinsey's internal calibration reports, I scored stricter than the average interviewer, so I know exactly where the bar sits, and I won't tell you you're ready when you're not. I'm also a trained executive coach. That combination matters: most coaches can tell you what went wrong in a case. During my time at Bain, I spent over a year and a half in the Private Equity Group. I also did a number of growth strategy and performance improvement cases for large companies in the Tech, Telecommunications, and Education industries.
