After breaking into MBB consulting coming from a non-target university, I gained experience across a multitude of industries (Energy, Industrials, Telecommunications, to name a few) and project types, allowing me to interface with people coming from different backgrounds and experiences. This depth of experience influences how I coach, which focuses on HOW someone is thinking, what is influencing their thought process, and where opportunities for improvement exist, rather than strictly focusing on WHAT someone is thinking.
