From there, I took a leap into mission-driven work as a Fellow at Conservation International, focused on ocean conservation finance. I worked in management consulting for five years across a variety of roles - as a Business Analyst, Engagement Manager, and in the office of the CEO at McKinsey & Company. I was also able to do a secondment at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for a year. At McKinsey, I was a Faculty member who led first and second-year analyst trainings and conducted hundreds of hours of interview coaching. And in college at the University of Michigan, I peer coached dozens of students to offers at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture, Strategy&, and Deloitte.

I joined Bain as an Associate Consultant and stayed until I became a Manager. In the meantime, I managed to get transferred twicce (from Dubai to Los Angeles to Washington DC) and get sponsored to study my MBA. My global and long-term experience at Bain has helped me understand the ins and outs of consulting. I have used this experience to help applicants (including my MBA peers) get offers at Bain & Company.
