Welcome to my profile. I am a former Associate at Boston Consulting Group and a Princeton University graduate with firsthand experience navigating the consulting recruiting process. During my own preparation, I completed dozens of cases and developed a strong understanding of what top consulting firms look for in candidates. I have coached around 20 candidates preparing for consulting interviews, helping them improve their case structuring, quantitative reasoning, and communication under pressure. My coaching focuses on building the core skills needed to succeed in interviews rather than memorizing frameworks. About Me: I am a former Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with 8 years of experience in management consulting, spanning strategy, operations, digital transformation, market entry, 10-year strategic planning, agile transformation, and IT technologies. I have worked at top consulting firms, including BCG, Oliver Wyman, and Minsait. After my time in strategy consulting, I transitioned into in-house strategy, joining the corporate strategy team of a $7 billion company. In this role, I continue to work in a consulting-style environment surrounded by MBB profiles, applying my strategic expertise to drive business performance and decision-making at the highest levels. My career has taken me across multiple industries, including financial services, automotive, retail, biopharma, entertainment, infrastructure, consumer goods, and industrial goods. With a strong academic background, I hold an MBA from IESE Business School (with a scholarship) and completed an exchange semester at NYU Stern. I also had the opportunity to act as faculty at McKinsey new joiner trainings and coach junior colleagues. I've sat on both sides of the table. As a Kellogg MBA I recruited for consulting and received offers from McKinsey, BCG, Bain, and PwC. I then spent five years at McKinsey in San Francisco, where I was a case interviewer and left as an Engagement Manager. I know exactly what the interviewer is writing down, where candidates lose points in the first ten minutes, and what separates a "maybe" from a "yes." I also came to consulting from a non-traditional background. I started as an engineer at Shell, so I know what it takes to switch careers and learn the case format from scratch.
