While at EY-Parthenon, I've conducted 50+ case and behavioral interviews, and worked on recruiting teams for both undergrad and MBA programs. I landed three consulting internships during undergrad (Pointe Advisory, BCE Consulting, and Analysis Group) and converted that experience into a full-time Associate offer at BCG Boston. I did this coming from Colby College, a small liberal arts school with no formal consulting recruiting pipeline, and from Panama, where I had no connections to the industry. Every step of the process, from networking to casing to navigating boutique vs. MBB dynamics, I had to learn by doing. I also led Colby's consulting club for two years. I rebuilt the prep structure, ran mock cases, and worked with members one-on-one through networking and applications. During that time, we placed more students into tier-1 consulting firms than the previous five years combined. The coaching I do now is a direct continuation of that work: helping people who don't have a built-in path to consulting figure out how to create one.

My own path into consulting was nontraditional. Before earning my MBA with distinction from Cornell, I worked in construction project management and later joined Deloitte as a Summer Associate before moving to BCG. At BCG, my client work spanned growth strategy, financial transformation, analytics, automation, and enterprise transformation. Having pivoted mid-career into consulting, put my time in at BCG, and exited as a venture-backed founder and entrepreneur, I have personal experience across the entire consulting career lifecycle, with a special awareness that many people seek consulting as a launching pad, not as a lifelong vocation. I've provided case interview preparation for hundreds of candidates who have gone on to BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte, Strategy&, LEK, and other top-tier firms. I've also worked directly with BCG recruiters on the back end of the recruiting process and continue to retain a robust network within many top firms, ranging from undergrad hires to partners. More broadly, I am incredibly passionate about coaching beyond the nuts and bolts of interview prep. I am also an executive and career coach, working primarily with mid-career professionals (often from tech and consulting backgrounds) to develop professional clarity, an improved sense of personal agency, and increased leadership and executive capacity.

I broke into management consulting without an MBA or a target-school pipeline. I started at Deloitte, then moved to Kearney as an Associate, where I served as Chief of Staff to the North America Talent Strategy team and co-authored published firm thought leadership. I know what the case interview actually rewards, what partners screen for in behavioral rounds, and how non-traditional candidates compete against target-school applicants, because I was one. My clients have landed offers at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, and EY. I coach case structuring, market sizing, case math, chart and data analysis, and PEI prep, with a heavy emphasis on the networking strategy that generates the interview in the first place.
