I've worked both sides of consulting: I interned at BCG in Africa during my MBA, and I'm currently in post-merger integration at Accenture, doing live strategy-and-execution work following an M&A deal — so the cases I coach reflect how consultants actually think today, not stale frameworks from a guidebook. I coach end-to-end: resume, case, and fit. My difference is that I don't just drill structure — I teach the commercial judgment and executive communication that separate candidates who sound rehearsed from candidates who sound like they could already do the job. I began my career in biomedical research at Harvard Medical School before transitioning into management consulting with Deloitte Japan’s Life Sciences & Health Care Division, where I advanced to Senior Consultant. I worked on complex digital transformations, pharmacovigilance system overhauls, and go-to-market strategies for new drug launches. Having built my career across North America (both U.S. and Canada) and Japan, I bring a cross-border perspective to consulting recruiting, particularly in how candidates are evaluated differently across markets.
