What's up, I'm John Kreider! I'm a first generation college student and former Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. I have personally done over 100 cases and given hundred more, helping dozens of students get offers at McKinsey, Bain, and BCG. I've also gotten others hired from industry, which is an uncommon strength. I was a part of Bain's recruiting team and started 1GEN at Bain (now called "First at Bain"), the affinity group for first generation college students/those from low-income backgrounds (FGLI). My biggest value is that I go beyond case interview prep and instead focus on how to 1) get the interview, 2) nail the soft skills, and 3) case interview perfectly.

Furthermore, as a Recruiting Director for our Empower Program (a recruiting program focused on Black and Latinx MBA candidates), I was personally responsible for preparing ~15-20 high-potential candidates, and achieved a historically high admission rate.
