Why do I coach?

As a athlete*, I learned lots of important lessons and learned to love the thrill of competing and pushing myself to be the best. When I transitioned from competing to coaching sports (and then consulting candidates), I discovered a new passion - helping others reach their full potential. It's incredibly satisfying to watch people grow and improve, and to know that I played a part in their success. Helping others achieve their goals and crush the recruiting process is incredible rewarding. I always find joy in being a part of that journey (and to get to claim a little bit of credit on the back end!) ;) *term is used extremely loosely, my soccer career peaked at age 12
