I believe the challenges we experience internally are mirrors for the challenges we experience externally—I'll help you make progress on both through deep inner work, sharp systems analysis, and creative, practical strategizing. I've coached professionals across sectors who wanted to make a bigger impact in their context—but were struggling to make it happen amidst complexity, conflict, and power dynamics: entrepreneurs navigating interpersonal challenges with their investors, attorneys negotiating creative settlements outside of court, victim advocates seeking restorative justice, medical practitioners looking for more sustainable work cultures, and more.

My biggest passion while serving for 11 years in the military was coaching junior leaders. I loved spending time 1:1 helping them sort through challenges leading their own teams, career development, developing emotional intelligence, and how they could be their best self for their teams. I studied Adult Education prior to teaching Leadership and Tactics for 3 years at the United States Military Academy - West Point. I went on to receive my MBA at MIT Sloan prior to transitioning to the corporate world. In my current roles, my passion is still developing junior leaders to be their best self as they grow and learn to manage teams to achieve bold, audacious goals.

As a former Global Sr. Creative Director for 13 years at Nike (for various categories) including 3 years as the Sr. Creative Director for the Jordan Brand (which entailed working with Michael Jordan directly regularly), I led teams that drove significant revenue growth and brand innovation. The responsibilities were inclusive of Brand Strategy, Brand Vision, and Creative Direction while managing projects that spanned print, television, social, digital, retail, and experiential marketing. My coaching journey has allowed me to mentor over 50 individuals, helping them unlock their leadership potential and achieve their career goals. I believe in transparent servant based and empathetic leadership. I've had individuals achieve senior, director-level, and above roles at companies such as Nike, Google, Amazon, and Apple to name a few.
