About the event
Critical reasoning questions on the GMAT aren't really about logic in the abstract: they're about spotting the specific gap between a premise and a conclusion that the question is built around. This session breaks down how to read an argument the way the test wants you to: find the assumption, then decide what would strengthen or weaken it. Sergey has spent years working through thousands of these questions with students and has a good sense of where people actually get stuck, usually not on hard vocabulary but on rushing past the structure of the argument itself. If critical reasoning has felt like guessing more than reasoning, this is worth the half hour.
