This workshop is the first part of a three part series called “Audit, Align, Activate”.

- Audit Life Satisfaction: Conduct a holistic, structured assessment of satisfaction levels across key personal and professional life domains
- Acknowledge and Celebrate Successes: Identify and articulate the top achievements and growth moments of 2025
- Set an Intention: Determine specific elements (behaviors, mindsets, commitments) to consciously leave behind and carry forward into the new year
In Part 2, we will define the core identity and values you want to embody in the new year. Set a vision for 2026 and establish how you want to allocate your most precious resources, time and energy, to support that vision.
