Please join me for a free workshop intended to share with you my perspective on time. The specific goal is to provide you with a glimpse of how to view time as an investment, and thereby increase your agency. My broader goal as a coach is empower you to forge a life of purpose. Here are my 6 specific learning objectives for this workshop: 1. Equip ourselves to perceive time more effectively 2. Perceive time as currency 3. To list specific ways time is wasted in our lives 4. How to develop our time ‘investment’ strategy 5. Identify our priorities vs. other people’s priorities 6. Use our calendar as our time investment allocation tool In roughly 40 minutes, I will walk you through my take on time. We'll cover some ancient views on time and some modern ones. We'll work through some activities to help you perceive your own ways of seeing time, and in what ways you waste or wisely invest it. We'll touch on the connection between your core values and your daily activities, and we'll wrap things up with some recommended resources. I'll be available for roughly 20 after the session for Q&A for anyone interested. My previous session was on wealth. This session is on time. The next session will be on attention and focus. About me: At heart, I'm a midwestern kid who's had the good fortune to study and work around the world. After receiving my PhD from Stanford in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design, I've spent 15 years leading early-stage hardware startups. In May of 2025, I walked away from my role as Director of Operations at a promising startup, and began my coaching and consulting practice. I cherish my wife and two daughters, and I look forward to meeting you!
