With a robust background in management consulting, I bring over six years of experience at McKinsey & Company, where I rose to Associate Partner in <4 years after joining post-MBA as an Associate. My focus was on manufacturing and supply chain within the Operations practice, but I was involved in recruiting efforts across all practices, both generalist consultants and technical/specialist roles. I spent 7 years at BCG, from Associate to Project Leader. During this time, I was also first Recruiting Coach and then Interviewer, having coached and interviewed 100+ applicants for Associate & Consultant positions. I did my MBA degree at INSEAD, during which I coached 50+ of my co-students who were trying to get into Consulting.
