I really enjoyed working with Neil. His comments and advices are thoughtful, insightful, and honest which I appreciate. He was really easy to work with. He stayed on top of everything and followed up with me to make sure he could answer all of the questions I had. If I was earlier in the process, I would definitely suggest Neil to create a comprehensive package for me. I personally recommended Neil to two of my friends who are applying in R2.

Karla has been very helpful throughout our coaching session. She was very patient and would promptly reply to any questions I had. I used to struggle with the behavioural component in interviews, and we did several practice runs until I got confident with my answers. She helped me craft a very good story and explained the key points I should remember during these interviews. She carefully guides you throughout the process and provides you with relevant resources/materials to learn from as well. Overall, I believe Karla provides the best coaching for someone who is considering a career in banking.
