I'm currently an early-stage climate tech startup operator, but attribute much of my professional journey and generalist skill set to my first job in consulting at Redstone Strategy Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on social impact. At Redstone, I worked on cases related to education, human services, and climate; I also co-led the recruiting working group, improving our candidate review, case interview, and deliberation processes. I chose Redstone over offers from Bain and EY-Parthenon. I've helped 15+ individuals secure roles at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, and other top firms using a holistic coaching approach spanning behavioral / application review, a structured case coaching curriculum, and offer negotiation. I enjoy this work because it's rewarding to watch clients build skills around structured thinking, analytical intuition, and clear communication in real-time, and carry them into their professional careers. I spent several years at McKinsey, progressing from Associate to Engagement Manager. Along the way I interviewed candidates at multiple levels and developed a clear sense of what actually differentiates the people who get offers. I focus on the parts of consulting recruiting that most candidates underinvest in: resume positioning, the application narrative, and fit interview prep. I'll also help you think through case structure and how to approach problem-solving under pressure. For live case drilling I'll point you to the right external resources — but in my experience, that's rarely where offers are won or lost.

I joined Fahrenheit 212, a boutique strategy consulting firm that was acquired by Capgemini and merged with Frog Design. We did innovation and product work for clients such as Google, Uber, Bain Capital, Coca-Cola, and more. I was the only person in my analyst class who was not a previous intern or related to a partner. I was the youngest person ever to become a Sr. Consultant in the NYC flagship office. I served 13 clients over 2 years across various types of projects.

I’m qualified to coach Management Consulting because I’ve been on both sides of the process: I worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company, where I spent a year in the Private Equity Group conducting commercial due diligences for PE clients across a range of industries, including edtech, blockchain, SaaS, and acting software. I also worked on a biotech operating model engagement, which gave me experience with broader strategic and organizational problem-solving beyond diligence work. In addition to my consulting background, I’ve spent significant time helping candidates prepare for case interviews. I have coached multiple people who went on to receive an offers from Bain, and I’ve since built software specifically designed to help candidates practice and improve their casing skills. My coaching combines real consulting experience, pattern recognition from actual case work, and practical feedback that helps candidates become sharper, more structured, and more confident in interviews.
