A year later, I left my job to join McKinsey's Operations Practice. While at McKinsey I was an interviewer, so I know the interviewing process, what works and what doesn't, having been through it with countless candidates. I also mentored and coached prospects as they considered joining.

I began my career at McKinsey & Company where I spent 3 years working across all industries and functions. In addition to client service work, I helped lead undergraduate recruiting for the Chicago office and personally reviewed 500+ resumes and interviewed 50+ candidates for internships and full-time roles.
