About the event
Most candidates open a case by reciting a framework they memorized, then watch it fall apart when the problem doesn’t fit. This 30-minute session shows you how to build a structure from scratch instead. I’m an ex-BCG consultant who worked with BCG’s recruiting team, so I’ll walk you through what interviewers look for when you structure a case. You’ll leave knowing: - What a strong case structure looks like and what interviewers are checking for - A step-by-step approach to building one for any problem - How to use a framework without forcing the problem into it - The structuring mistakes that sink otherwise strong cases We’ll then finish with your questions. This is for anyone interviewing with BCG soon or getting ready to.
