My name is Karole, and I am a health and wellness coach currently completing my certification with the NBHWC through the IIN Intensive Practicum program. I was born in Italy and have spent my adult life building a career across 3 countries in the fast-paced world of luxury travel and events — an industry I love, and one that taught me a great deal about resilience, people, and the cost of putting yourself last. Coaching found me at a moment when I started asking bigger questions — about energy, purpose, balance, and what it truly means to thrive. I became fascinated by the space between knowing what we should do and actually doing it, and I realised that is exactly where the most meaningful work happens. I work with people who are smart, self-aware and ready for change — but who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the version of themselves they know is possible. Together we explore what is holding them back, reconnect them to their strengths, and build a path forward that is realistic, sustainable and entirely their own. My approach is warm, direct and deeply personal. I believe in the power of small, intentional steps — and in the fact that the right conversation at the right time can change everything.

I didn't plan a career in sales — I built one, step by step, across some of the most demanding and prestigious environments in the luxury hospitality industry. Starting out in operations and working my way through every level of a sales function, from coordinator to Director of Sales, I have spent over a decade learning what it truly takes to perform, lead, and grow in a commercial role. Along the way, I have directly managed and coached teams of up to 16 people across Dubai, Bangkok, and London — navigating everything from hotel openings and global market strategies to leadership programmes and revenue targets in the middle of a pandemic. I hold a BA and MSc in Economics from the University of Cagliari, and a postgraduate Master's in Five Star Hotel Management from LUISS Business School in Rome — an education that gave me both the analytical rigour and the industry grounding to lead with confidence. Over the course of my career, I have formally managed and mentored 25+ professionals, and I know firsthand what separates people who plateau from those who keep climbing. Why do I coach?

I coach because I believe that one of the most powerful things a person can do is invest in themselves — and one of the most powerful things I can do is walk alongside them while they do. I have always been drawn to people — their stories, their contradictions, their potential. But it was only when I discovered coaching that I found a way to turn that curiosity into something genuinely useful. I also coach because I believe deeply in giving back. We live in a world where access to the right support, the right tools, and the right conversation is not equal — and that matters to me. If I can be that person for even one individual who wouldn't otherwise have had access to this kind of support, that is enough reason to show up every single day. Coaching is not about fixing people. It is about reminding them of what they already have — and helping them build the rest. That work never gets old. It is a privilege I do not take lightly.
