For the past three years, I've coached CEOs, VPs of Finance, CMOs, CHROs and commercial leaders across Big Tech, startups and companies at the forefront of AI innovation. My clients have moved from VP to SVP, taken on significantly larger mandates, and changed companies and careers after 15+ years. I bring an operator's lens from 19 years at Google, where I led across Sales, Partnerships and Product Operations. As a GM, I built the team, hired and scaled a business from roughly $30M to $1B—so I know the underdog-to-market-leader journey firsthand. Later, as Chief of Staff for a 3,000-person engineering organization, I saw what leadership and execution require at significant scale. My work is part executive coaching and part hands-on strategic partnership. I don't only ask questions: we may pressure-test a board presentation, work through an actual business challenge, map stakeholders, dry run a global keynote, prepare for a high-stakes conversation, or use practical frameworks to change how you lead and operate. My approach is informed by an MBA, formal executive coaching certification and more than two decades working globally. I'm multilingual, which is particularly valuable for international leaders and those building global teams. The goal is real change—in the work, the role and the leader—not coaching that stays inside the coaching session.
