Jonika Hoomes

I spent 19 years at Google across four of its largest businesses: Ads, Android, AI/Cloud, and Engineering, and much of that work put me directly alongside founders building and scaling companies through Big Tech ecosystems. I helped founders understand how Big Tech makes decisions, how to pitch and showcase their offerings, and what it takes to earn investment and credibility from a platform like Google. I was also on the other side of the table, deciding which companies earned Google's prestigious Premier Partner status: so I know firsthand what large technology companies look for when deciding which partners and founder characteristics to bet on. My experience spans the full arc of scale. As a GM, I built the team, hired and expanded a Google business from roughly $30M to $1B. Later, as Chief of Staff for a 3,000-person engineering organization, I worked alongside Sundar's leadership team & C-suite on the strategy, organizational design and operating challenges that emerge at global scale. Today, I bring both perspectives to founders leading teams of roughly 5–50 people, including bootstrapped and VC-backed AI companies. Some are building with five humans and an increasing number of AI agents; others are figuring out how to build the team and operating system for their next stage. I coach across GTM, partnerships, prioritization, organizational design and execution—as well as the founder's own transition from carrying the business personally to building a company that can scale beyond them.
