Integralis Leadership

Founded Integralis Leadership to work with senior executives, founders and leadership teams navigating high-stakes growth, role transitions and organizational change. Clients include VPs of Finance, CMOs, CHROs, commercial leaders and founders across Big Tech, startups and companies at the forefront of AI innovation. The work combines executive coaching with hands-on strategic partnership—from pressure-testing board presentations and critical initiatives to stakeholder strategy, organizational design, GTM, partnerships and leadership decisions. Over the past three years, supported leaders moving from VP to SVP, stepping into significantly larger mandates, and changing companies or careers after 15+ years in the same organization. Work with founders ranges from small, AI-enabled teams to scaling organizations, including both bootstrapped and venture-backed companies. Also advise organizations on commercial scale and partnership strategy, and deliver keynotes and workshops globally on leadership, AI, innovation and building organizations capable of scaling without sacrificing the people inside them.

19 years across Ads, Android, Google Cloud and Developer Relations, leading at the intersection of product, partnerships, GTM and organizational scale. As GM of the Automotive vertical, built the team, hired and scaled the business from roughly $30M to $1B, developing firsthand experience taking an underdog business to market leadership. Led global teams across Sales, Partnerships and Product Operations, and worked with founders and partners on how to navigate, sell into and scale through Big Tech. Later served as Chief of Staff for a 3,000-person engineering organization, working across strategy, organizational design, operating rhythm and leadership alignment. Across 19 years of hypergrowth, reorgs and technology shifts, gained firsthand experience in what companies—and leaders—need to change as their scope, complexity and stakes increase.
