Jonika Hoomes

I spent 19 years at Google working across commercial growth, engineering, and strategy—including helping build a $1B partnership business and serving as Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy & Operations for a 3,000-person Engineering organization. My work spanned global Android go-to-market and Google Cloud learning programs, connecting technical teams with customers, partners, and business priorities. Across Google and my advisory work, my experience covers automotive, real estate, legal, semiconductors, and telecommunications in Mexico, Brazil, North America, and EMEA, with global brands and hyperlocal businesses. For the past 3 years, I advise executives and founders, including leaders building AI-first companies. My work sits where their responsibilities meet: chiefs of staff driving execution, CTOs and CIOs making technology bets, CFOs assessing commercial returns, and CHROs and Chief People Officers building the organizational capacity to deliver. I also speak globally on HR & AI and Marketing & AI, bringing an operator’s perspective to how companies adopt technology, reach customers, and execute sustainable transformation.
