As the Head of Education & Career Guidance (ECG) at SGExams, Singapore’s largest online student society, Wesley founded pathfinding.exams.sg, an innovative integrated ECG platform that has benefited countless students. Additionally, as the Country Director of the ASEAN Youth Organization (AYO), he charted annual strategies and helmed outreach efforts, increasing the volunteer pool from 10 to over 40 youths, significantly impacting the regional community. Wesley's leadership extends to the Mathematics Competition Team Executive Committee, where he has earned top awards in international and regional competitions, including Distinction at the British Maths Olympiad, Prize Award at the Australian Intermediate Maths Olympiad, and Gold at the Singapore & Asian Schools Maths Olympiad.
