Why do I coach?

I work in the coaching industry for a living, which means I've had a front-row seat to what happens when someone finally gets the right support. I've seen the "I got in" emails and texts sent to coaches, and watched students land internships they thought were completely out of reach. I've drunk the kool-aid of mentorship and reaching dreams since working here at Leland, and want to give back in the same way.
