As a former Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, I bring a deep understanding of the management consulting industry and what it takes to succeed in the application process. I led the events workstream for Washington University in St. Louis recruiting, and my team organized resume workshops, case workshops, and other sessions to help candidates apply and interview at McKinsey. During my time at McKinsey, I led a hiring accelerator for one of my clients where I reviewed resumes, wrote resume review criteria, and wrote job descriptions to help my client determine who to interview and ultimately hire. Currently I work at Google on the BizOps team which plays a critical role in defining and driving strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across diverse product areas in the company.
