Career Coaching

Been fortunate to work with and coach 100+ clients across my McKinsey tenure across all seniority levels, industries and company sizes to help them look great in front of their bosses, build future proof skills, and navigate the corporate politics for them to stand out. Have also personally gone through the random walk soul search and mentored 15+ others on similar journeys.

Welcome! I have 10+ years of experience in the private sector, including six years in strategic management consulting working across multiple industries. I have been fortunate to have success in navigating upward career steps, with a track record of success and regular promotions at both Bloomberg and at BCG. At Bloomberg, I navigated a transition from contractor to employee and created a new more strategic role for myself. At BCG, I was promoted from consultant to project leader to principal. I was promoted early to principal and served as a formal coach and informal to colleagues as they navigated their own BCG and non-BCG career paths. Upon deciding to leave BCG, I investigated multiple opportunities across large corporations, start-ups, and franchises before settling on my next role.

As a certified Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC, CPCC) and former female leader in tech and management consulting, I’ve spent over 15 years helping high-performing professionals and emerging leaders navigate change, design purposeful careers, and step into authentic leadership. My coaching blends strategic clarity with emotional intelligence - a balance honed from years leading customer success and transformation initiatives across APAC. Whether you’re pivoting industries, preparing for interviews, or redefining success after burnout, I bring structure, insight, and compassion to help you move forward with confidence. My clients describe me as both “laser-focused” and “deeply grounding.” I’ve helped tech professionals land dream roles, reframe career narratives, and rediscover meaning in their work. I believe in coaching as a space for truth-telling and intelligent action - where insight meets accountability. Over the past three years, I’ve had more than 100 coffee chats with MBA applicants, master’s students, and young professionals, helping them think through school choices, career pivots, and how to tell their stories with confidence. Having lived, studied, and worked across both China and the U.S.—in finance, consulting, tech, and entrepreneurship—I’ve been through many of the same transitions and uncertainties my clients are facing. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to make big career decisions in a new environment, and my goal is to offer practical guidance, honest feedback, and a supportive space to figure things out. If you're exploring paths across consulting, finance, tech, or even starting something of your own, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and momentum.

As your coach, I offer a unique perspective built upon over 18 years of professional experience and a decade dedicated to empowering others through coaching. My background is rooted in leadership and high-impact operations at companies like Google and YouTube, where I focused on building, scaling, and optimizing high-performing global teams. My qualification comes from a track record of driving results, from managing vast vendor operations in critical functions like Trust & Safety to personally designing and launching a multimillion-dollar sales acquisition program. I specialize in coaching individuals across all stages—from early career professionals to senior leaders—who are serious about achieving their next level of professional success. I guide clients to shift their perspective, moving beyond simply performing their role to strategically managing their career trajectory. I help you master critical skills: translating complex experience into compelling leadership narratives, navigating challenging corporate environments, and mastering the influence needed for promotion. If you are seeking to maximize your professional impact, achieve strategic clarity in a fast-paced world, or make a high-value career move, I provide the proven frameworks and structure to secure transformative growth.

Most people don’t lose opportunities because they lack credentials. They lose them because their story doesn’t land. I work with ambitious professionals and Ivy-bound applicants who need to reposition their story during moments of change (e.g., career pivots, industry shifts, layoffs, or competitive admissions cycles.) I continue to operate professionally while coaching, which keeps my advice grounded in current market realities. My background spans higher education leadership, global tech, and platform-based businesses, where I’ve led strategy and partnerships through periods of growth, reinvention, and ambiguity. I’ve personally navigated non-linear career moves, rebranding at senior levels, and the trade-offs that come with choosing momentum over optics. What I do differently than most coaches: I don’t optimize for logos or titles. I help you decide what you’re actually positioning for, make intentional trade-offs, and articulate a narrative that holds up across resumes, applications, interviews, and real conversations. This work draws from: Senior leadership experience in complex, competitive environments First-hand career pivots across sectors and functions Deep familiarity with Ivy-caliber standards and selection logic Clients work with me when they want: Clarity on what to pursue and what to stop chasing A credible story that explains change without apology Positioning that feels grounded, confident, and defensible If you’re looking for surface-level edits or reassurance, I’m likely not the right fit. If you want strategic clarity and honest feedback, I’m happy to help.
