I started my career without a traditional path. After leaving college, I was able to reposition my experience and secure a highly competitive marketing internship at Disney, selected from a pool of over 15,000 candidates. I went on to join Disney full time in integrated marketing, where I was promoted within two years. I later transitioned into the tech industry and became the youngest manager in my company’s history. I currently work in strategy at a Fortune 2 company, where I lead large scale partnerships with major technology and social media platforms. In parallel, I have consistently secured interviews and opportunities with companies including Netflix, Paramount, and several FAANG organizations. My experience has given me a clear understanding of what drives results in competitive hiring processes. This includes how to position your background for different roles, how to communicate your value clearly, and how to navigate interviews and negotiations effectively. I now work with professionals who want to be more intentional about their careers, whether that means breaking into competitive companies, pivoting industries, or accelerating their progression. I help clients refine their narrative, strengthen their resumes, and approach the job search with a more strategic and structured process.

I'm a Senior Manager and Bar Raiser at Amazon. With 13 years experience, conducting 800+ interviews (200+ as Bar Raiser), I know how interviewers evaluate candidates and how hiring decisions actually get made in the debrief room. In 2026 alone I've coached 25+ clients, with the majority receiving offers at the companies they were targeting. My focus is on your existing experience. I also serve as Director of Financial Wellbeing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, teach Real Estate Capital Markets at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and am completing an Executive Master of Public Administration at the London School of Economics. Throughout my career, I've interviewed with leading financial institutions, government agencies, universities, and private companies, while mentoring students, early-career professionals, and executives navigating pivotal career decisions. My coaching combines practical hiring insight with long-term career strategy. I’m a former McKinsey Business Analyst with experience on both sides of the table, as a successful applicant and as a recruiter. I know what MBB and other top firms are looking for, and how to help you stand out. While at McKinsey, I led campus recruiting efforts for WashU, where I evaluated hundreds of consulting candidates. I ran case prep workshops, reviewed resumes, and 1:1 coaching sessions to prepare students for the rigorous interview process. Internally, I also led a hiring accelerator for a client where I built the hiring rubrics, screened applications, and advised executives on who to interview and hire, giving me firsthand insight into how firms make hiring decisions.
