Currently leading AI initiatives at Expedia, focused on 0→1 product development in agentic systems, AI-native experiences, and travel intelligence. Previously at Meta, where I built and scaled ML-driven and AI products used by millions, shaping large-scale systems and product strategy across Ads and infrastructure. I’ve mentored hundreds of PMs and aspiring AI PMs across interview prep, career transitions, and leadership development. As an early adopter of AI tooling for product, I've had the opportunity to leverage it extensively in my product workflows. At BCG we had early access to OpenAI LLM models, and from very early on integrated it into our practices to improve our time to value. I was fortunate to be in the thick of LLM tooling development at Stanford 2024-2025, and went on to build an AI defense-tech solution with my classmates, leveraging AI tooling for prototyping, user & competitor research, slide development, PRD development, and more. Today at Intuit, our day-to-day product practices fully leverage AI tooling, and I'm often asked by colleagues and friends (internally and externally) for 1:1 sessions to help them get up to speed on how to setup and best use AI in their Product craft.

I started my AI journey while working for The Home Depot as a senior manager of product management on the Center of Excellence team. My work there was focused on establishing best practices for hundreds of Product teams (across product management, UX, engineering, and data science). At the time, we were trying to increase AI usage across the product lifecycle, and we built training and best practices to showcase how it could be used. Fast forward to today and I'm working on an AI-centric startup (hazel.build) which has an AI "engine" driving it's core functionality. I am also personally using AI (primarily Claude, some Gemini) to write user stories, write code, push code to production, build our marketing website, write website copy, develop marketing plans, research the construction space (our target market), and identify key partners & contact information (automated CRM building). A key aspect of AI is that context matters - a lot. Because it's not deterministic, you can guide it, and you can provide as much information as possible to help it make decisions, but you never know exactly what it will do. You must regularly tune it so it's functioning as close to ideal as possible.
