June 2024 - Present

- Led post-acquisition convergence and decommissioning of legacy financial modeling platforms across 26+ teams, delivering $2.2M in annual recurring savings; named top-two finalist for the Finance department’s top annual award. - Built and deployed dozens of custom AI skills for company-wide use, including a top-10 upvoted PM tool, saving teams hundreds of hours of manual recurring work. - Recruited and led a 10-PM working group to roll out enterprise Claude Code AI adoption to product; authored the PRD and built an AI skills discovery dashboard serving a community of 2,200+ product managers. - Spearheaded the development of a reusable data automation framework across multiple finance platform initiatives, eliminating 50–100 hours of manual engineering work per testing cycle and securing on-time go-live sign-offs. - Led Discover integration delivery across 60+ engineers and analysts, identifying and resolving 100% of upstream defects within the workstream before Legal Day 1 and securing workstream sign-off for acquisition readiness. - Directed cross-team incident response during a major outage, restoring core financial modeling systems within 11 hours to protect OCC/SEC regulatory reporting deadlines
