I spent 5+ years at Reddit, primarily leading product for Reddit Search across frontend and backend teams. My experience spans search and ranking, AI/ML products, product strategy, experimentation, user research, prioritization, and working closely with engineering and design on complex technical products. I was recently awarded the UK Global Talent Visa for Technology and can provide guidance in shaping your narrative to navigate internal and external brand. I’m especially useful when you’re facing a product problem that doesn’t have an obvious answer: competing priorities, unclear strategy, technical tradeoffs, stakeholder disagreement, weak or conflicting evidence, or simply too many things that could be important. My coaching is focused on helping you strengthen your product judgment, not just teaching you frameworks. We’ll work through the real decisions you’re facing, pressure-test your assumptions, identify what actually matters, and turn ambiguity into a clearer path forward. For people with a specific high-stakes problem, I also offer a 3-hour Product Intensive.
