MBA Mock Interviews | Booth Admissions Fellow | Booth MBA
I’m a Chicago Booth MBA and former Booth Admissions Fellow who interviewed MBA applicants. That experience gave me a firsthand view of what makes an interview response clear, credible, and memorable—especially when candidates need to connect their goals, leadership experiences, and personal story. I help MBA applicants prepare for behavioral and fit-style admissions interviews by strengthening their introduction, career goals, school fit, leadership examples, and questions for the interviewer. Sessions are practical and conversational: we work from your actual experiences, practice answers out loud, and identify where greater specificity or reflection would improve the story. I do not share confidential interview questions, internal admissions materials, or represent Chicago Booth or any university. No admissions outcome is guaranteed.

Personalised support - US MBA + Tier-1 Management Consulting
I bring a perspective on MBA admissions that comes from having lived every stage of the journey. My time at Duke University gave me a strong academic foundation, and completing my own MBA means I understand firsthand what admissions committees look for, how the application process feels from the inside, and what it takes to thrive once you arrive. Working in strategy consulting at top-tier firms sharpened my ability to structure complex problems, build a compelling narrative around evidence, and communicate with clarity and impact, which are the same skills that set apart strong essays, interviews, and resumes. I I know how to help candidates identify what makes their story distinctive, position their experiences against what top programs value, and present themselves with confidence. My approach combines rigorous structure with genuine personal investment in each client’s goals.

Ex-BCG consultant helping you build the standout MBA app to succeed
I’ve been through the MBA application process myself, and I know how much of it comes down to telling a clear, honest story about where you’ve been and where you want to go. I earned my MBA from Wharton (Class of 2026, majoring in Entrepreneurship & Innovation) and my BS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford. Before business school I was a consultant at BCG, where I also led Black and Latinx associate recruiting for the Seattle office. I supported 10 candidates through the application process, three of whom joined the firm, and mentored four interns who all received return offers. I’ve also worked in business operations at Motive and as a strategy consultant to Tracy McGrady’s Ones Basketball League, so I can help whether you’re coming from a traditional path like consulting or making a less conventional pivot. At Wharton I co-chaired the Africa Business Forum and served as CFO of the Entrepreneurship Club, which gave me a close look at how classmates from very different backgrounds made their case for business school. I’d love to help you figure out what makes your story distinct, sharpen your essays and resume, and walk into interviews prepared and confident.

HBS 2+2 & Stanford GSB Deferred Admit | Ex-BCG | Harvard, Oxford
I applied to HBS and Stanford GSB through their deferred MBA programs and was admitted to both (~5 people worldwide; <1%). Before I applied, I spoke to 100+ successful MBA applicants and used their advice for my applications. Happy to pass on the knowledge. I am new to formal coaching, but have mentored 5 individuals through the entire application process. All of them have got into Stanford GSB or Harvard Business School. I went through all these applications recently (2022-2024), so can provide relevant information for today's processes. I worked as a consultant at BCG for almost 2 years and recently left to building a healthcare startup. How I can help: ◆ Interviews: realistic HBS and GSB mock interviews with direct, specific feedback, plus help with the HBS post-interview reflection ◆ Essays: turning your experiences into a clear, memorable story, with structured feedback over a set number of drafts ◆ Strategy and school selection: how to position your profile, which schools and rounds to target, and how to explain your goals convincingly ◆ Resume: rewriting bullet points the way consultants do: concise, focused on impact, and easy to scan ◆ Deferred MBA applicants (HBS 2+2, GSB Deferred): I'll help you choose the right first job, frame your story as a college student and stand out in a pool of high achievers ◆ Ding analysis: an honest diagnosis of what held your application back and a concrete plan for your next round My style is structured, candid and efficient. Excited to work with you :)

Harvard MBA | MBA Application Strategy, Essays & Interview Prep
I'm a Harvard MBA and a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group. My path spans teaching with Teach For America, finance at Bridgewater Associates, and two years in consulting at KPMG before business school. Before joining Leland, I helped seven people with their MBA applications. That experience gives me a practical lens on a central application challenge: connecting your experiences, motivations, and career goals into a clear, credible story. I help full-time MBA applicants develop their application strategy, clarify their essays, and prepare for interviews. Our work focuses on specific examples of leadership and impact, a convincing explanation of why an MBA fits your goals, and writing that sounds like you. Bring an early idea, a rough draft, or an upcoming interview, and we'll identify what needs work and turn it into concrete next steps.

INSEAD Forté Fellow & ESSEC MiM | 18 coached | MBA & MiM coaching
I’m joining INSEAD’s MBA class of December 2027 as a Forté Fellow, so the essays, the alumni interviews and the scholarship applications are all fresh for me, not something I did a decade ago. I got in from one of the most crowded applicant pools there is: an Indian woman in Big 4 consulting. On paper my profile looked like thousands of others. It worked because I found the parts of my story that were mine alone and built the application around them: a science degree from Miranda House, a move to France at 23 for ESSEC’s Grande École, a sustainability practice I helped build from scratch at PwC Luxembourg, and a watercolour practice that funds five children’s schooling in my hometown. That is what I do for my clients. I help you find the two or three threads that make your story yours, cut everything that doesn’t serve them, and say it plainly. I’m direct with feedback and I always explain the reasoning, so the next draft is better and still sounds like you. I’ve also been on the other side of the table for years. At PwC I went from trainee to Manager in under four years and coached more than seven interns and associates through their first client work. I coach jobseekers on their CVs with Dress for Success, and I give career talks at universities in India, France, Luxembourg and the US. I’m a particularly good fit if you’re applying to INSEAD or other European schools, if you come from India, consulting or a non-business degree, or if you want a scholarship and don’t know where to start.
