We'll pay attention to not only your professional experiences but your community engagement experiences, which also can be a very compelling avenue to highlight your leadership responsibilities and growth. **Personal Brand Building:** After the self-reflection work is complete, it's time to continue building the foundation for your application with the development of your own personal brand. I'll work with you to interpret and translate your self-reflection experiences into your personal brand. You'll weave this brand throughout all components of your application -- essays, short answers, resume and recomendations. I'll help you integrate your brand into every part of the application, ensuring cohesion and a memorable narrative. **Essay Development & Editing:** From brainstorming to final edits, I'll guide you in crafting compelling essays that help you present your strongest self to admissions by packaging your experiences together the most effectively. We'll have as many iterations together as you need to ensure your essays are authentic, cohesive, and resonate with admissions committees. I'll harness my background in writing and editing before business school, as well as experience guiding applicants in writing thousands of essays, to help you communicate the right content in the right way in the right place. For example, what goes into your main essays should not be identical to what goes into your short answers. I'll also be a realistic check if I think you've relied too much on AI and where it might be most helpful and appropriate to leverage AI. **Short Answers:**Your writing doesn't stop with the main essays. Most schools also ask a series of short questions, and those answers are critical to your applications. I'll help you ensure you're not overlapping material across the resume, essays and short answers, but instead strategically using these spaces to complement what you've included elsewhere. The short answers may include responses about your goals, challenges and accomplishments, and it's vital that you nail this content, often using only 50 words or even 50 characters. **Recommendations:** I'll help you identify the best recommenders and provide guidance on how to approach and prepare them, ensuring their letters reinforce your personal brand. **Interview Preparation:** We'll conduct mock interviews to help you articulate your story confidently and respond to questions with clarity and impact. You'll enter your interviews feeling prepared and self-assured but not overly rehearsed.
