I’m joining INSEAD’s MBA class of December 2027 as a Forté Fellow, so the essays, the alumni interviews and the scholarship applications are all fresh for me, not something I did a decade ago. I got in from one of the most crowded applicant pools there is: an Indian woman in Big 4 consulting. On paper my profile looked like thousands of others. It worked because I found the parts of my story that were mine alone and built the application around them: a science degree from Miranda House, a move to France at 23 for ESSEC’s Grande École, a sustainability practice I helped build from scratch at PwC Luxembourg, and a watercolour practice that funds five children’s schooling in my hometown. That is what I do for my clients. I help you find the two or three threads that make your story yours, cut everything that doesn’t serve them, and say it plainly. I’m direct with feedback and I always explain the reasoning, so the next draft is better and still sounds like you. I’ve also been on the other side of the table for years. At PwC I went from trainee to Manager in under four years and coached more than seven interns and associates through their first client work. I coach jobseekers on their CVs with Dress for Success, and I give career talks at universities in India, France, Luxembourg and the US. I’m a particularly good fit if you’re applying to INSEAD or other European schools, if you come from India, consulting or a non-business degree, or if you want a scholarship and don’t know where to start.

Manager

PwC Luxembourg

July 2025 - Present

Manager in the Advisory practice, Digital and Business Transformation team. I joined as a trainee in 2020 and reached Manager in under four years, including a double promotion. I helped build the firm’s sustainability consulting practice from the start and have advised around 30 clients across banking, industry and EU institutions. I now lead GenAI transformation projects for clients and for PwC’s own 550 consultants. Along the way I’ve coached more than seven interns and associates through their first client work. If you come from consulting or the Big 4, I know how to make your story stand out in a pool full of similar profiles.

Dress for Success

July 2024 - Present

I coach jobseekers one-to-one on their CVs, helping them work out what to lead with, what to cut, and how to describe their experience so an employer sees its value. It’s the same skill an MBA application needs: finding the strongest version of your story and telling it clearly.

Education

INSEAD Logo

INSEAD

MBA, Management

2026 - 2027

Incoming MBA candidate in the 27D class (January 2027 intake, Fontainebleau campus), with the INSEAD Forté Fellowship scholarship. I applied from PwC Luxembourg, where I work in advisory consulting on sustainability and GenAI strategy & transformation. Having just been through the essays, the alumni interviews and the scholarship applications myself, I know what each stage asks of you.

Master in Management (Grande École)

2019 - 2021

Master in Management, Grande École programme. I moved from Delhi to France for this degree, so I know the international route first-hand: choosing between European schools, sorting out visas and funding, and building a career here afterwards. Alongside my studies I worked as a research assistant in the Marketing Department of the school. I also went through the French and Luxembourg internship market as a non-EU student and landed an internship at PwC Luxembourg, which converted into a full-time consulting role.

Bachelors of Science , Physical Science (with Computer Science)

2014 - 2017

B.Sc. Physical Sciences with Computer Science, at one of India’s most competitive colleges. President of the Film Society and winner of the college’s Outstanding Contribution Award. I came to business school from a science degree with no business training, so I know how to turn a non-business background into a strength in your application.
