Professionally, I’m a co-founder of GenieAI, an AI-driven B2B fintech company backed by leading Silicon Valley VCs, where I’ve raised millions of dollars and am actively scaling the business. Earlier in my career, I worked as a venture and growth equity investor, evaluating and backing fintech and enterprise software companies, and as a strategy consultant focused on commercial due diligence for PE clients. 🟢 While I only applied to Columbia Business School, I believe the key aspects to MBA admission (GMAT, essays, references, alumni interview, and ultimately positioning yourself) are largely the same across all programs 🟢 That said, if you're looking for school-specific admissions on advice, I can only speak to CBS 🟢 In the decade+ since graduating, I've directly coached a handful of applicants and guided dozens more as they each embarked on their own admissions journey 🟢 Lastly, while it makes me feel old, I'm also proud to say I've written reference letters for a handful of HBS and Stanford GSB students who have all since graduated and are doing great things 🙋🏻‍♂️ Here to help!

I’m an HBS MBA, former Deloitte consultant, and former Head of Talent Acquisition at a publicly traded biotech company. I work with people from nontraditional backgrounds who are applying to top MBA programs and need help telling a story that actually stands out. My sweet spot is candidates outside the usual MBB and finance tracks who know they’re strong but aren’t sure how to position themselves. My own path to business school wasn’t typical either. I studied sociology in undergrad and nearly pursued PhD programs before finding my way to HBS. I’ve reviewed thousands of resumes, been published twice, and helped many friends through admissions, including several who got into HBS.
