I’m Tyler, a Wharton MBA/Lauder MA grad who’s seen the MBA process as an applicant, an interviewer, and a coach. As a Wharton Admissions Fellow, I ran the team-based discussions and 1:1s for dozens of applicants, and saw up close how people come across in the room: what makes someone stand out and what gets lost in the shuffle.
