Tyler Wigington

I’m Tyler, a Wharton MBA/Lauder MA grad who’s seen the MBA process as an applicant, an interviewer, and a coach. As a Wharton Admissions Fellow, I ran the team-based discussions and 1:1s for dozens of applicants, and saw up close how people come across in the room: what makes someone stand out and what gets lost in the shuffle. I also interviewed candidates for the Lauder dual degree program (MA in International Studies). I’ve advised folks across the grad school application timeline, from early exploration to applications to interviews. Applicants I’ve advised have been admitted to HBS, Stanford GSB, Wharton (including Lauder and HCM), Kellogg (including MMM), Columbia, and Booth, among others. During more than a decade at Deloitte Consulting, I served as an Advisor for the National Grad School Prep Council, the firm’s MBA prep program for 2,000+ consultants, and worked with admissions teams from top-20 programs and partner organizations like MLT, Forté, and Consortium.
