This is why Leland is launching an AI Builder Program — a five-level, cohort-based curriculum designed for the professionals who need AI skills most: the managers, marketers, operators, and knowledge workers whose work is being transformed by AI every single day.
We are committed to helping people succeed in the age of AI. Anyone who is willing to put in the work can learn AI to amplify their impact. The first cohorts launch in April with new cohorts starting each month.
The program offers 5 live bootcamps, and each one builds directly on the last. You’ll go from using AI chatbots to building systems that run, self-correct, and improve on their own.

Every session ends with something deployable, and the builds compound so what you ship in Session 1 becomes the foundation of what you build in Session 4. The program is designed for non-technical knowledge workers of all AI skill levels.
