Welcome to my profile! I'm a Princeton graduate with a degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering, and I'm now an Investment Analyst at a top-performing private equity firm in NYC. Over the past two years, I've formally coached over 60 high school students, helping them navigate the college admissions process and secure spots at Ivy League + T20 universities. I'm a fashion industry professional with a background that bridges creative and analytical work — I earned my Bachelor's in Fashion Business Management from Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and my MS in Business Analytics from Fordham's Gabelli School, then built my career inside the luxury industry—from CRM and digital marketing at GQ and Brooks Brothers, to inventory analytics at Christian Dior Couture, to my current role as an Inventory & CapEx Analyst at OTB Group (the house behind Diesel, Maison Margiela, Marni, and Jil Sander). I've seen how fashion actually runs as a business: how brands manage merchandise, forecast trends, allocate capital, and turn consumer data into decisions. That's exactly what I help applicants convey. Fashion programs no longer admit on creative talent alone—they want candidates who understand the commercial engine behind the brand. Even though I attended a high school recognized as a college preparatory school, I found it difficult to find access to college counselors, SAT and ACT prep, and information about private institutions outside of the state. Moreover, during my college application cycle, my college counselor highly suggested I keep his college search within a more “reasonable” scope. I spent countless weeks and hours crafting my applications and was accepted into 14 of the 18 universities I applied to. I was the first in his high school to attend Stanford. Thus, I am passionate about guiding students and parents through this process to ensure their success! My greatest strengths as a coach include helping candidates develop and execute a project plan and timeline, identify a list of schools tiered for maximum success and admission reassurance, and highlight their strengths and voice in their essays. Additionally, I am highly skilled in interview preparation, helping students curate a stellar resume, and tailoring essays to fit the expectations for each desirable school choice.

I graduated from Harvard with the John Harvard Scholarship (top 5% GPA), a major in Integrative Biology, and a minor in Computer Science. I have over 6 years of experience working as a full-time tutor for the ACT, SAT, and SSAT. I have also worked as a college essay consultant for the past two years. I have worked with over ten clients by giving interviews and assisting with college essays. Out of the five clients I worked with during this admissions cycle, four received interviews at Harvard. On average, my students have enjoyed improvements of anywhere between 150-250 points on the SAT. I know how to teach the Writing sections so that you will receive a perfect score. Two of my students have increased their scores from 600-800 in this section, and most of my students end my program scoring perfectly on the writing section especially. My ACT tutoring prep follows similar statistics. In the two tutoring companies I have worked for in the past, I was promoted to the highest tutoring status. I tutor full-time, and I am ready to help you reach the score of your dreams.

For over two decades, I've worked at the intersection of admissions and leadership development — including a decade as an admissions director at Stanford Business School, and five years as Executive Director of the school's Center for Leadership Development, where I studied and taught leadership to Stanford MBAs. The two roles showed me the same lesson from different angles: students who thrive, in the application process and afterward, are the ones who've done real self-reflection, not just résumé-building. That's the perspective I bring to undergraduate coaching. With 20+ years in leadership development alongside my admissions background, I help students figure out what they really need before we worry about how to get it. I believe how you approach this process matters — it's often the first time a young person has had to articulate their own story under institutional scrutiny, and learning to do that effectively and with integrity sets the tone for how they'll approach everything that comes next, including college itself. My job is to make sure the structured and serious work we do together serves both — a process that builds real self-understanding, and an application that reflects it in a way admissions committees respond to.
