While many candidates rely heavily on memorizing countless frameworks, there’s a more intuitive and effective alternative: learning to structure cases from first principles. This approach significantly reduces the steepness of the learning curve, giving you the confidence and flexibility to tackle any case scenario you encounter. In this package, you’ll first master foundational structuring skills through multiple targeted drills covering scenarios such as Market Entry, Profitability, Cost Cutting, M&A, Public Sector, Non-Standard cases, and more. You’ll then learn to differentiate between Decision and Action cases, adapting your approach precisely to each scenario. Finally, you’ll integrate your skills through realistic full-case simulations, supported by detailed, personalized feedback. Below is the detailed breakdown of each part of the package: Part 1 – Structuring from First Principles (1–2 SESSIONS) You’ll learn to build structures from first principles – meaning you won’t need to memorize countless frameworks like profitability, market entry, or growth. Instead, you’ll develop a clear and logical approach you can confidently apply to any case. Through targeted structuring drills covering a variety of case types, you’ll repeatedly practice applying this skill, making it second nature. You’ll also learn my Level 1-2-3 approach, ensuring your structures are comprehensive (Level 1), detailed enough (Level 2), and tailored specifically to each case (Level 3). Depending on your current familiarity with structuring, we’ll spend one or two sessions building this foundation. • Master structuring cases logically from first principles, without memorizing frameworks. • Internalize the Level 1-2-3 approach to ensure comprehensive, detailed, and tailored structures. • Rapidly build confidence and clarity through targeted drills and personalized feedback. Part 2 – Distinguishing and Structuring Action Cases (1 SESSION) In this session, you’ll learn the critical distinction between Decision cases (covered in Part 1 and making up around 70% of interview scenarios) and Action cases. We’ll specifically focus on mastering Action cases, introducing the Baseline-Action-Implementation approach – a structured, logical way to clearly tackle these scenarios. You’ll practice applying this approach through targeted drills, developing your ability to quickly adapt and structure Action cases effectively. • Clear understanding of what differentiates Action cases from Decision cases. • Mastery of the structured Baseline-Action-Implementation approach for Action cases. Session 3 – Full Case Simulation (1–2 SESSIONS) In this final part, you’ll integrate your structuring skills in realistic, comprehensive case simulations mirroring actual consulting interview conditions. Depending on your preference, you can choose one or two sessions. With two sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to tackle both a Decision and an Action case separately, applying tailored frameworks and the first-principles structuring approach you’ve learned. After each simulation, you’ll receive detailed verbal and written feedback clearly outlining your strengths, pinpointing specific improvement areas, and providing actionable recommendations.
