About Victoria

Hi, I’m Victoria Raygorodskaya — a former LinkedIn and Grammarly Product Marketer, now a full-time coach and therapist-in-training helping people align who they are with what they do. On Leland, I specialize in coaching aspiring and early-career Product Marketers — especially those transitioning from roles in CPG, project management, consulting, biz ops, or sales. I’ve helped clients break into PMM roles both at Big Tech companies and venture-backed startups, using a blend of strategic prep and deep inner alignment. Over the past 7 years, I led high-impact PMM work at LinkedIn (guiding job seeker experiences across web, email, and the mobile app) and Grammarly (owning mobile outbound and inbound experience). My background also includes strategy roles at McKinsey and Deutsche Bank, giving me a strong foundation in structured problem solving, data storytelling, data analysis, and executive communication. What sets me apart as a coach is the combination of tactical PMM expertise and holistic support. As a certified fulfillment and somatic coach (and therapist-in-training), I bring tools that help clients move through imposter syndrome, build confidence, prevent burnout, show up with clarity and presence, and cultivate greater joy and ease — not just in interviews, but in their day-to-day life. If you’re navigating a PMM career transition, prepping for interviews, trying to grow your confidence as a marketer and leader, or looking for greater fulfillment in your career — I’d love to help.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I believe we all deserve to live in alignment with who we truly are — to build lives and careers rooted in our values, not just our résumés. For years, I followed a meaningful and high-achieving path in consulting, finance, and tech — working at places like McKinsey, Deutsche Bank, LinkedIn, and Grammarly. And while I was proud of the work I was doing, I eventually realized that something deeper was missing. Coaching helped me uncover what that was. It gave me the space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with myself — to get clear on what I value, what I need to feel fulfilled, and how I want to move through the world. It showed me that success doesn’t have to come at the cost of authenticity, and that ease, joy, and purpose are available when we’re living in integrity with ourselves. Now, as a full-time coach and therapist-in-training, I support others in doing the same — whether that means landing a PMM role, navigating a career pivot, or simply remembering how to trust themselves again. Coaching isn’t just about goals; it’s about coming home to yourself, and creating a life that reflects who you really are.
