About Sujoy

I have always been fascinated by the intersection of data, systems, and impact. I started out exploring data science through a sustainability lens, thinking about how smarter systems could drive meaningful change. That curiosity evolved into building large-scale products (Wayfair, Capital One Shopping, JP Morgan Ventures) that solve complex problems and generate real revenue. Along the way, I have navigated the full arc of breaking into product, leveling up to senior roles, and leading 0 to 1 initiatives at high-growth startups and Fortune 100 companies. I have completed over 30 interview loops across FAANG, hypergrowth startups, and Series D companies and can share my experiences candidly including the wins, mistakes, and tactics that actually move the needle.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I would not be where I am today without the guidance I received early in my career. A coach helped me break out of JPMorgan and make the leap into high-growth startups. As a first-generation professional, there were countless unknowns I had to figure out on my own. Now I want to pay it forward. Whether it is breaking into product, moving from individual contributor to senior, or navigating the messy parts of career growth, I love helping others cut through the noise and get where they want to go faster.
