About Rishi
I graduated from the Naval Academy with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and from Stanford with a M.S. in Aeronautics/ Astronautics. After graduate school, I served for 5 years in the United States Marine Corps as an Intelligence Officer. After my military service, I attended Kellogg Business School, graduating with my MBA in June 2020. I joined Danaher's General Management Development Program, and now I work at TransDigm, where I am a Business Unit Manager with full P&L ownership.
Why do I coach?
For me, coaching is all about helping candidates reach their goals and push beyond their perceived limits. I received immense help from coaches and peers when I was applying to Business School and jobs, and I want to pay it forward. The help I received was invaluable and absolutely critical in helping me get to where I am today.
