About Parth

I'm a Product Manager at HubSpot, where I help drive over $75M in ARR. I landed an APM role out of college and got promoted to PM within a year, something that usually takes 2–3 years in most places. Along the way, I’ve learned a lot about what actually moves the needle in breaking into product and growing fast once you're in. Outside of work, I run @CareerParth (3M+ views on TikTok) where I share career content that’s been recognized by places like Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and IBM. I've also been invited to speak at schools like Northwestern and the University of Pittsburgh (my alma mater), which has been a full-circle moment for me. What I’m most proud of, though, are my coaching results. I've helped people land PM offers at Google, JP Morgan, Palo Alto Networks, and more. I’ve also worked with high schoolers who’ve gotten into top schools like UChicago, Northwestern, and UVA. My coaching style is practical, honest, and collaborative. I treat your goals like they're my own, and I bring the same energy to coaching that I do to my day job. People tell me our sessions are focused but fun, and that I give actionable feedback that actually helps. I believe career growth should be taken seriously, but the process doesn’t have to be stiff or stressful.
