About Glynnis
Welcome to my profile! I'm a senior software engineer with both an MBA and a Masters in Computer Science from Stanford. I am a master of career pivots, having switched from McKinsey consulting to Product Management and finally from VP Product to software engineering, where I finally feel I belong. I'm a huge believer that it's worth it to find happiness and fulfillment at work, even if trying something new is not the easiest path.
Why do I coach?
I love coaching because I believe your career is one of the most powerful levers for happiness. I know this from my own personal journey. I pivoted my career not once but twice, first from consulting to product management then from product management to engineering. Making the leap into engineering changed everything for me, aligning my work with my strengths and bringing a new sense of purpose and joy. I’m passionate about helping others navigate bold career moves, find better-fit paths, and build careers that fuel both success and fulfillment.
