Description

We will work 1-on-1 through a mock private equity take-home case where you will practice evaluating an investment opportunity, building a financial model, IC memo and verbally walking through your takeaways. Expect to complete most of the work for this package asynchronously on your own schedule, but this package includes two live meetings: First, an introductory walkthrough of the case, your goals and work strategies; and second, a 1.5-hour call for your to walk through your presentation (30 minutes) and then for me to share feedback (1 hour). This package also includes time for me to review your materials and Excel model in detail between calls. The take-home component can be an intensive undertaking, so for you to get the most out of this package, please make sure that you can side aside at least 8-10 hours for asynchronous work over a ~1 week period in between our 2.5 hours worth of calls.
