With 6+ years of experience across private equity, strategy consulting, and investment diligence, I bring a grounded, practical lens to career growth and career management. I’m currently a Senior Associate at The Riverside Company, where I focus on deal diligence and thesis development. Before that, I worked at L.E.K. Consulting and Cambridge Associates, gaining experience across the full investing lifecycle, from fund strategy to deal execution and portfolio value creation. Throughout my career, I’ve naturally gravitated toward mentorship. I was part of the recruiting team at L.E.K., now help lead intern mentorship at Riverside, and have coached peers and early-career professionals throughout my career. I work with people on everything from interview prep and investment thinking to managing transitions, career direction, and burnout. Outside of work, I’m a part-time professional musician and avid outdoorsman. I’ve learned how to build a life that balances ambition, creativity, and mental health, and I enjoy helping others find that same balance in their own way.
