I've hired and managed hundreds of product managers and designers, which means I've sat on the other side of the table reading the resumes, screening the candidates, and making the calls. I know what actually moves a hiring decision and what just looks good on paper. Since 2020 I've coached 100+ product and design leaders across 60+ companies, from first-time managers to CPOs.
