Most career advice sounds the same: Update your resume, network more, figure out your five-year plan; in other words "You need to mold to the system and play their game". But when you're early in your career and stuck on the deeper questions, like "Am I even heading in the right direction?" or "Why do I feel lost when everything looks fine on paper?", generic advice doesn't cut it. I coach differently. I start with who you are, not where you're trying to go. Your strengths, your values, what actually energizes you, and where you're settling for less than you're capable of. I'm direct and I'll tell you the truth, but I lead with empathy and I listen more than I talk. People I've coached say I have a way of taking ambiguous, complex situations and turning them into clarity and actionable next steps. I've coached over 25 early-career professionals through promotions, pivots, tough conversations, and the harder questions about direction and purpose.
